I had the understanding that the E-mount Zeiss was supposed to actually be a 24mm focal length, or a 36mm FF equivalent. Accordingly, I just assumed that the numbers listed were actual focal lengths. It is also highly unlikely that the 30mm macro lens listed is a FF equivalent focal length.

I don't think you are describing this in a clear way. The focal lengths listed are ACTUAL focal lengths. They are not "for FF". They are what they are. On a APS-c NEX, they will give an equivalent field of view of a lens 1.5 times its focal length used on a FF (24x36mm) camera.
