Taken with my A6000 and Celestron C5 telescope, with a Baader solar filter. The First I exposed for the sunspots, the second I wanted to see if I could bring out the surface granulation and movement

Thank you for the kind words! Sunspots are fascinating, and we are just heading into what is termed a "Solar Maximum", which occurs approx. every 11 yrs. We have a few more yrs to get to the maximum, but boy it is proving to be an active build up!!

Shooting on an bumpy overpass with heavy traffic and I really think IBIS is necessary even with tripod in this kind of situation
