Thank you Nex Barker. I hope the new FF NEX has less problems but I doubt it.
Just bought this old zebra Berogon 35/3,5 for a few euro's. Seems to be an old Isco-Göttingen design.
Isco lenses can be really nice. I have a week spot for these old German lenses
Makes a nice portraitlens on the speedbooster. My grandson.
Oohps I made a mistake; these two are just with a regular Exakta adapter!
Looks great! Just got my FD LensTurbo this morning in the post, haven't even attached it yet, can't wait!!

4 very nice pictures, Alan! My favorite is the 4th, then the first.
Thanks Philber - though there are five shots in my second set - did you mean the windsurfers or the islands/boats shots?
I'm learning Many locations here are hours under the shade when the golden hour arrives, because of the big ridgelines. Yet the last "local", site specific sun can be pretty great, beaming straight down steep canyon walls and casting long shadows-- the first two shots here.
Many sweet and fun shots up there. I love the variety. Sebboh, you inspire me to learn the stitch. Really nice landscapes---also with high sun
This one differs from hers in that it is supercharged and can go 130mph. I think only 196 were made. It's worth around 220k today. Ian Fleming was a fan of the Cord: "... Bond liked fast cars and he liked driving them. Most American cars bored him. ... But Leitner had got hold of an old Cord, one of the few American cars with personality, and it cheered Bond to climb into the low hung saloon, to hear the solid bite of the gears and the masculine tone of the wide exhaust. Fifteen years old, he reflected, yet still one of the most modern-looking cars in the world. ..."
(from the chapter "Death of a Pelican")
TY for kind words, guys. I'm improving in spite of myself
