More testing .. is figuring out what focal length that I want on my nex ..as allround lens
Once I get a new lens for this
however I think 25-28mm will be good ( hmmm.. but which ? )
Here are a few with Zeiss 21
28 or 35 seem to be the most popular normals on the nex. My normal is the 28 Sumicron. But, I often tradeout for other lenses, mostly for the sake of variety.
True "normal", should be fast enough to go indoors I think.
The most interesting behavior is often too fast for the eye aided, or unaided. Even 3200 will not stop a power stroke. I tripped and bruised numerous parts up in a high circ last week, and have been shooting lots of these guys while the swelling goes down Nothing torn or broken

Ew, hah! Just noticed that crazy line from the dust spot in the second pano. Oh well!
I spotted it too and in the first one, though its not as pronounced, just crazy luck that it was in the area that the auto pano samples from.
This example is reason enough for me to avoid using in camera auto pano, I'd rather stitch and heal a few spots than try and fix your shots, I hope it was somewhere close that you can revisit if you care to, and not from a trip.
Focusing was difficult enough that I don't think I'd do any long exposure with that combo again, maybe I 'd just use DSLR or using MF DSLR lens. While the hard-stop infinity are usually not accurate but that would still be easier than "focus by wire" thing.
Interesting view of the dam. I've shot from the visitor center side and from the observation point on the hill, but never from this side. Thanks for sharing this one.
