Thanks - this rock is at the entrance to the south end of Canyon Lands, near Monticello, Utah. The rock has a small entrance hole blasted in it at the base because historically the rancher that owns the valley stored feed and salt for his cows inside.
Very satisfied with the colors of NEX 6 so far, and I happen to like the feel/handling a bit better than my 7, out of the box. RIght now, my 7 has better grip mods, even though that makes it bigger, so I use that more for heavy rigs, like lens turbo + Zeiss anything, which is going to be really heavy (lotta glass).
I never take shots like this, but as I walked down the street and glanced through this window something caught my eye and held my interest. I felt something then, and looking at it again, still do...but I don’t know what.
