I tried some night shots of the DC-3 I've been taking photos of lately. They sky wasn't great as it rained most of the day yesterday and there was a slight ground mist. Also with a small headlamp it's VERY difficult composing the image, it was only a 1/4 moon and I wasn't getting much of anything on the LCD or EVF unless I focused a bright beam on part of the fuselage. But I have an idea of what I want now (assuming the plane stays there for a while and I get a good clear night)
It was -15C today outside, and when I got inside the church, it was +25C. The temperature difference made the lens glass (Canon FD 85mm L) very foggy for a while, but it made for a nice effect of this candle shot.
