I use a $1 blower for sensor cleaning every now and then. It works perfectly, never had to do any advanced cleaning.

yeah, i have a chunk of dust that the blower can't get off. it's been there nearly as long as i've had the camera. it's been a while since i've used the blower though, i should get the looser stuff off soon.
