Cool. That 28 Summicron really renders nicely. It looks to have some mild purple color shift, especially on the right edge, no?
I'm not sure, maybe?
Look, I thought about it in last few days and as you know there is an interesting
discussion going on here too, I feel like it will take a while before we see
a FF NEX which would actually work well with M lenses.
Yes, we'll probably get a FF NEX soon, 2013 at the latest, but will it work with
M lenses which I've always wanted to use? Probably not...
So I gave up and I'm getting a few M lenses now and will buy the next M camera.
Will keep my NEX with my best glass like the 28 f2.8 R ver2 and CV 125,
they will always work on any NEX, FF or not.
I also want a great macro and M is not really good for that. And I need
a slightly cheaper system for work, I wouldn't want to take my M system
to the conditions I often need to shoot with...

A few quick B&W shots with the kit lens. Trying to decide if I should go for one of the Sigma primes or if I'll be happy sticking with this lens for a while and saving up for something else.
I'm flying to Stockholm today, staying till sunday! Looking forward to some fun nex-action there if any of the local swedes fancy a cup of coffee, let me know!
That's a beauty rioni, you should really send that to the local tourist board, extremely inviting.
I have been able to play with the Sigmarit 19mm DN a little more. Decided to take it to NYC for a true test of its charms or flaws. Only one thing to say, this lens supersedes my skill as a photographer.

The Summicron 28 gives a tiny bit of color shift on the 5N, but it's only visible when you shoot something like this:
That shot is uncorrected, so nothing to worry about at all, as you can see.
Yeah, that doesn't look too bad, although I'd correct it, myself. Infinity focus and less exposure is where shift tends to rear its head, and I actually see it more in Snowboarder's shots. Either way, not bad, although I'm not sure about how it would translate to the NEX-7.
