Guess I'll have to start writing down f stops again, just like film. Hmm, subject doesn't carry over. This with the OM 28 3.5 at ?
Nice colors!

Flypenfly - Love that shot with the ZA24/1.8. I keep getting teased with that lens. Did you manually or auto focus this shot?
Really like your #3.
With the ZA 24 1.8, I just use AF all the time. It gets it right most of the time.
Here is a shot at infinity at F5.6, I honestly don't think that the infinity of this lens is really all as bad as some people make it out to be. Its more than acceptable IMO?
The weather was crappy though and it's my least favorite light to shoot in NYC in.
For anyone in the market, Amazon has been having a few ZA 24's come in as open box warehouse deals. There was one listed last night for $910 (it's gone this morning, tho).
Jae, I think you have a great setting to make use of this lens & highlight it's strengths (close - mid cityscapes, people pics, etc.). After shooting the ZA 16-80 also, I feel like it is optimized similarly.

Splendid set, as ever, Bob! Had you started with the CV 35 f1.2 earlier, that would definitely have switched me away from the Zeiss. But now that it is supposed to arrive any day... though I shall be trying a Summicron f:2.0, should temptation get the better of sanity...
Phillip, another brilliant set! Just one question: your third shot shows a magenta fringe on the top. Which lens and camera did you use?
It just hit me that, now that you also have a Nex-7, you can see if Bjorn Utpott's tests hold up with the ZM 35/2. His test show that, at infinity, the corners of the 7 don't equal the 5N until around f5.6. If his tests don't hold up, I may have to reconsider the 7.
I haven't used CornerFix at all. It doesn't run on Linux. However I do use vignette correction often. This shot though I did not as I think the vignetting adds to this photo. That said, I do occasionally get some purple in the corners but it is mild. I'm really pleased with my CV12, I think I got a very good copy.
