Awesome standard on this thread, is it my poor memory or has the bar been raised vs. last year?
I missed the thread first time round so I give you two from my year in one post...
Two chimpanzee brothers playing on the forest floor in Chambura Gorge, Uganda. It was very special getting the opportunity to photograph these two in the wild.
A Salvin's Mollymawk, a type of Albatross, shot early in the year off the coast of New Zealand. I love the tones in this image and the background of the choppy sea, for me it shows an Albatross in exactly the setting I wanted to capture it in.
oh my gosh, everyone's shots are beautiful. Too many wonderful shots to comment on all the good ones, but I must say Raymond that is absolutely breathtaking! What kind of Toucan is he?

Thanks Thang for another awesome year in review, there are so many superb photographers here in FM, it is unreal. I remember not that long ago when I first joined in here, and how overwhelmed I was with the quality of photographers, and now I realize there are not only great photogs, but awesome people., congrats to you all...

I'm not much of a wildlife guy, but I did spend some quality time this year with about 70,000 caribou while shooting arctic Alaskan landscapes. These were my favorite six:
