Bill, I think you may be right...I thought it would add more "rooftop-iness" but it might be cleaner lines if they are not there.

I did a little more work on the image and will submit a modified version.

Good move, the single vent on the left is perfect, I like this quite a bit. It has just the right amount of everything, a great entry.
