Another with Ultramax in the F5. The 180 2.8 P is very well balanced on what must be one of the bulkiest 35mm cameras. George, yes, Ultramax is ISO 400. It has a warm rendition, and I prefer it to the Fuji generic 400, which has a greenish tinge.
Speaking of balanced, the 200-500 is quite unbalanced on the Z6. Did some birding with it and never quite figured out how to hold the contraption half way comfortably. Will post some results to the MF/AF and the 200-500 threads later today.

Agree. Fine on a monopod with the Z6. But since it is a VR lens anyway, most of the time it stays on the D850. AF is better on the D850 too.

George, I haven't successfully gotten a BIF photo yet, but I need to learn both the Z6 and the 200-500.
As George states - a monopod is the way to go.
I use a Manfrotto 290 with a mini tilt head. I screw the tilt head directly into the 200-500's foot plate. Quick release seemed like it was something that might go wrong and added more cost. I don't mind using the thumb wheel to attach/detach the monopod
Rotation is obviously easy and I have the resistance set on the tilt head so that I can forcibly over-ride it but not have it too loose so that things wobble around.
Jose, very cool 'birding' with the medical Nikkor.
Leighton, nice to see market scenes! Good memories from my two visits!
Glen, very scenic view!
Ani you really are going through your lens toolkit!
I only have three mf lenses in my kit...the 50mm F/102, the 55mm F/1.2 and the 105mm F/1.8 which has been drastically downsized but I am really appreciating slowing down and getting back into the pace of mf lenses with the Df, which is still after all these years my favorite camera.

Thanks Ray. Yeah, it's good to be able to contribute regularly to keep the thread moving, just that I've seen all my pics
I'll try and include more info, the problem now is that I have forgotten where some of the places are/were ! Fortunately I do at least know which place follows which place at least.
Here is a side street in Delhi. Pretty narrow huh? yup, too narrow for cars. Not too narrow for bicycles, donkeys, cows, motorbikes, push carts, goats though !
What is also amazing is the amount of services, water pipes, electricity conduits, telegraph cables, drains etc. that are also routed along streets in the hundreds, usually from what I could tell, each person has to run an individual cable from the tie in point to their shop or house ! It is an amazing place. Side streets like this contain shop after shop or business after business in tiny rooms, the cobbler, the jewellery maker, plumbing shop, kitchen supplies, etc. etc. No big chain stores or supermarkets.
George and Samy, thanks for the comments. The colors should get better in a week or two as peak arrives. Hope to be there.
A fun photo before baseball season comes to a close. A big time Mets fan and making a darn good living at it. He was having a hard time being still given all the attention and cameras so not a super easy subject for manual focus.
Fuji X-E1 and HC 50/2 @ f/4. The HC is a great little lens that should use more often.
