More from London and the D610 IR.
First two with the 100/2.8 E looking down from Blackfriars Bridge.
Second two with the 28/2.8 AI-S walking along the Embankment towards Westminster.
Not always the sharpest tool in the shed, but due to it's zoom range and focal range, quite versatile. I did bring the 55mm f1,2, but left it in the camera bag this time
The color version is the one that is really different, wicked colors.
Great colors on the photo with the Gazelle (?).
Serge
Thank you, Serge. That was Impala. Haven't gotten out much over the past year I was surprised to find the place we usually visit has a herd of them foraging about now. Luckily for them, they are in a safe place with no predators around.
D780 has really good metering and colour accuracy.

Like Ray has mentioned in the past about struggling with finding color this time of year, I was in the same mindset on Saturday. So I shot with Velvia profile to get as much color as I could find
One of several stream crossings on my ride.
PC-E 24mm f/3.5 ED lens with some swing and fall applied for selective focus and framing.

The two dog silhouette is marvelous, Buddy, and I also like the dual feature moon and planet in a vast sky.

Fancy a trip around London via the Monopoly board?
Infrared does present such a unique b&w palette in the urban setting. Well captured and framed.

George
Only George would go on a bicycle ride with a TS lens, and actually use a TS lens for it's intended purposes. Definitely a nice one-two for the time investment and pleasure factor!
Colin, looked at it again on a bigger screen and love that shot of the Tate Modern from the Blackfriar’s Bridge on the last page. The rest aren’t shabby either.
George, all good here, though we’ve caught whiffs of smoke they’re fortunately a ways off still.
Since everyone’ searching for color, here’s one from the 400mm f/5.6 ED, but you’ll have to accept a B&W as well. The third is technically color, but might not know it. And no banding here, that’s the clouds causing the effect.
A tacky version of Mickey Mouse on Westminster bridge.
D610 & 28/2.8 AI-S
For this close encounter, landscape, shoot-from-the-hip method I find 28mm to be a bit tight.
I set the lens to f/8 and about 2m full-spectrum which, with the focus shift, is probably more like 1.5m in infrared terms.
That first image of the creepy Mickey sort of fits this era.

It wasn't that bad. I fit the camera, the 24 PC-E TS lens, the 85mm and a Helios 58 into the backpack. The tripod was strapped to the rear frame.
I succumbed to the black and white mode with this shot. Got tired of looking at brown on brown on brown
This is a little waterfall along a creek on the trail.
