Thanks Scott, and Siphiwe, Ha, no it comes a good bit spring and fall but it’s not too frequent. But you better believe if there’s fog I’m finding time to get out and shoot a bit! Two more…

I love me some fog so these are great. Looks like you have fog all year round, Matt?

Unlike Scott's snowy scene there is none here, but sure is cold enough for it. So stayed inside this morning and enjoyed a cup of coffee sitting by the tree.

Bokeh balls of the table decorations using the 55/2.8 micro wide open.
I have owned the Z8 for ~3 weeks now and only taken 23 images with it. Busy times.

I love the "look" of your images, Ross - this is another winner.
Thank you, gentlemen!
Another one from 2012 where I was testing out a Nikkor AI-S 180mm f/2.8 ED in the Skagit Valley tulip fields, WA. The bokeh had some outlining that was not quite as smooth as I prefer so I reduced clarity on it.

Kim and I made a quick trip to Chattanooga to see my granddaughter in her acting debut this evening. She played the role of Jesus, with her mom and dad co-staring as Mary and Joseph. Of course, she did a spectacular job!

On Sunday my wife & I took a stroll around a charming small town in Ohio and I enjoyed manual shooting with the AI-S 55mm f/2.8 Micro and 105mm f/2.5. We started with delicious ice cream from Grater’s (Lemon Meringue Pie in foreground, Peppermint in back), then walking outside among Christmas decorations and ending with a pretty sunset.
