Rafael, best of luck with that gem of a lens. I did not know it existed so did a bit of reading, that is a super sharp and rare piece of glass.
One of the most colorful areas of Central Park, the cast iron Bow Bridge ca 1862. Across is The Ramble, maintained in its natural state and popular with bird watchers.

I love this shot Ray! Love the colors!
Such a great lens too.
Thanks! Yes, the 75-150 continues to amaze me when I use it right, even on a 45MP body.

You're on a roll my friend!
It's amazing what can happen when we go out on a dedicated photography trip.

Amazing Ray! Somebody should turn this picture into a painting!
Too kind, thanks. I'm half afraid most of the colors are out of gamut fpr printing.

Ray, I like them both for different reasons. The vertical does tame natures growth but the horizontal does extend the lovely bridge and gives just a hint of the water it is crossing. The tree trunk in the horizontal is a bit "in the way". Tough choice but they are both nice.

Yeah, you can see moving right would just introduce another tree. Now if I had only thought to frame it such that the left tree was a little more to the left by moving the camera a little more forward, that would have been better.

Love the still water and reflection in the first shot.

The mushrooms are great, like the grouping and how they stand out.

One more of Autumn with the 85mm f1.8 SC.
Today events are taking place as I anticipated, the package with the Ultra Micro Nikkor 55mm 2.0 is listed as delivered to my porch by USPS but the cameras are recording and no one came to the house, actually the mailman has not come yet, the other daily mail is not in, and he usually comes later and knows my house well.
It is some kind of elaborate scam exploiting some USPS weakness. Good thing I am in only for $100, and the insurance on it is $100. I will have some fun harassing PayPal, USPS, and eBay over this.
Wow... you really are the adventurer showing us the way Rafael. I've heard of many scams over the years but this is new to me... Let us know how it unfolds.
And now for a few photos. Folks who've been around for awhile know that I take pleasure shooting into shop windows, playing with the reflections off the glass. Today was a lovely, sunny day, so I decided to head to the small downtown in the town where I live. San Anselmo is only about fifteen miles from San Francisco but it is a relatively sleepy little town... VERY wealthy but sleepy. The downtown is charming, with a meandering street that creates interest for cars passing through... slowly because there are a few stop signs along the way.
These were all shot with the 55 f/1.2 S.C. AI. Enjoy!
This is the empty store that once housed a lovely bookstore that was able to survive over the years despite Amazon's power. But the owner finally felt the need to retire and sold the store. I believe it has been relocated across the street, perhaps to get cheaper rent for a smaller space. I expect this will be rented soon. There are a couple of real estate offices nearby and the "wealth management" concern. There is a great deal of money in this area and I've noticed that shops have been going up-scale.
The last one in the set captures a corner of the famed Gelato shop that has been a favorite for decades.
And then a shot from Imagination Park. San Anselmo has been home to George Lucas for a very long time and he wrote some of his most famous movies while living here. He purchased a building next to city hall that was vacant at the time, tore it down and then gave the land to the town for a park in 2013. There was a competition to name it and residents voted for Imagination Park. George then donated two statutes... Yoda and Indiana Jones. Here they are... this was the only angle I could shoot from in this late afternoon light.
I had a chance today to process a couple more images from Olympic Park in June, togfether with a couple from Nile Creek in October. See the captions for lens info.
