Mostly hitting the like button, but a few quick thoughts.
James, for my eye, the teacup series with the 35 f1.4 looks great. Great play with the narrow focus plane. Enjoyed the BTS of one of your workstations too.
Beautiful deck shot Matt. I like the different look created by the below eye level lighting.
Always enjoy Rafael's circular fisheye flower portraits. I am so ready for spring.
And thanks to Siphiwe for keeping the cheer alive with his southern hemisphere flowers in the past couple of months.
Thanks for sharing the cherry blossom (?) blooms Chris.
John, wonderful to see you post again, great to see the grown up twins at what looked to be a great event.
Jose, I miss your bird shots here, good to see you.
Harry, thanks for the flowers to hopefully kick off the North American progression of spring bloom shots.
Thanks Siphiwe and Raphael. The park has a nice story:
The cherry trees in the blossom park were donated to the municipality of Amstelveen by the Japanese Women's Club in 2000. Every tree in the symmetrical park has a name: 200 trees have a Japanese woman's name, 200 trees have a Dutch woman's name.
I picked up a used Z5 to see if I can rejuvenate my photo-mojo. It has been a very long time since I had a Nikon digital body, so we'll see how it goes. Body should be here by Friday, right in time for my San Diego trip. If it makes it on time, I will bring Nippi and a few of my other MF lenses and put the camera through its paces. Where we are staying is right on a beach within sight of the aircraft carrier thats moored there. If there is enough room in the car, I will pack my tripod and bring a long lens or two. Since I have lost so much weight, I am hoping I can carry my camera bag easier...time will tell.

Have fun Kevin, looking forward to finally meeting you.

I hope so! I don’t think we have any set plans, so getting together should be something we can do. My daughter says she wants to meet “papas camera friend”…
Also posted most of these in the Z images thread, but thought that some might only be reading here. So here's a selection of images from my Rome trip, all taken with the Nikon Zf and either the Ai-S 28mm f2.8 or the Ai-S 50mm f1.4

I have a lot of freedom with my schedule Kevin, so let me know what works for you. We could do a wide angle shoot of the Midway second world war carrier, she has many interesting exhibits and airplanes inside. If you want to check out my lenses I live 30 miles north of San Diego on the 15 freeway off of Via Rancho Parkway.

My wife and I want to do the carrier, but the little one is scared for some reason. I don’t think she realizes that it’s more stable than the water rides she likes at Disneyland. I’ll PM you later today when I’m at my desk.
