Ronny you post a bunch of really great bird shots but this little Wren is such a complete photo. The perch, the beautiful background with the glow right behind the subject, a great pose, fantastic IQ. Such a beauty !!

Nice Gary ! It's a cool and loud bird for its size
I got some picture with Iso 1600 and then it's only high iso up to 16000
sure I could have lowered the shutter speed a bit but I was hoping for some action
is bad light now in Sweden, haha maybe it's not just the light that's bad
Macro feels very far away in time

Well, your 8000 ISO images look amazing. I'm going to be settling into winter here very shortly and that seriously hinders my opportunities. Everything I like to shoot has gone south. I'm heading to California on Friday for two weeks but more for babysitting than photography Still hoping to get out a little bit. I'm only taking my OM kit with me. Just don't want to lug the Z9 and 180-600 through airports anymore. When I get back we'll most likely be buried in snow.
