i also have the purchased version of Topaz (Sharpen, Denoise, Photo Ai) and Lr.
I do a 'deep clean' on my PC every once in a while and after the last one I did not even re-install Topaz's Denoise nor Photo Ai. I very rarely use Sharpen Ai but it's there.
I've found that Lr's denoise Ai is 'that good' for denoise, sharpening and replacing lost/faded/'wrong' colors due to high ISO damage.
I often see (while perusing photography oriented web sites) numerous known and respected Pro photographers 'marketing'
denoise apps like Topaz (mostly Topaz actually).
I've never commented (trolled their sites) but I do feel like those folks 'marketing' Topaz as the best available Denoise app simply are acting dishonestly or wrongly.

Taken at the 500 mm with the builtin TC the IQ is stellar. WOW.
Of course, you skill level is off scale.
