Hi James...
Great interpretation of the weekly assignment and a wonderful photograph.
The first thing I wondered when I saw it was how it would look if that top match were actually on fire instead of just the more static white tip?

Hi Tom,
After the match striking image - I wasn't too keen on trying to time a shot where just part of the head caught on fire. It took quite a few attempts to get that shot which my ten year old match striker loved.

Initially I had a similar shot but after seeing this I'm glad I took a different path. No way I could match this.

Really well lit James. I like the positioning and the contrast between the stubby red match sticks and the soft smooth green curves of glass. Nice.

Very nice idea, I think if you would of lit the center match it would of been even better as long as you took it before the others caught on fire.
