Hi, this is my first post here in the assignment forums. I was encouraged by RustyBug to post this photo for this week's assignment, Family. I don't have much to say about this photo other than that it was a casual snapshot of my girlfriend and her sister watching some funny stuff at youtube I believe

Absolutely captures the spirit of family interaction ... nothing contrived. A shared moment in time that is timeless ... all with excellent composition, focus & tonal values.
It will always invoke good memories for these two and anyone else who knows them for generations to come. Suffice to say, I REALLY like this shot.

BTW ... love the fact that this is a manual focus alt shot too (puts 'casual snaphsot' in a little different perspective)
The shared earphones makes for a second connection. Not only what they look at but also what they listen to. Yes, it stems from the same source but it enhances the bond between them. Very good shot.
