I just bought two near mint heads plus stands / meter and a couple of other accessories for peanuts. Anyone here used these units?
I have tested them and they work perfectly although the recycling time seems a bit stow ( about 2 seconds on full power).....and I think they are too powerful for my needs so maybe a bad buy....
They came with the original instruction manuals but the last page seems to have faded away...anyone know where I can get a replacement online.....and a link to accessories for this system?

2sec cycling time was usual in those days for monolights...
They take Bowens L accessories, compatible with Hensel MH mount, in case you're looking for speedrings et al. In case of needs for repair, here's some persons you might count on:

I've got a Solaflash 8000 and think its great. Very useful for lighting up a room (with a softbox), and I haven't had a problem with it. The same can't be said for my Prolinca flash heads.

Thanks for the accessories tip!
As it happens I already own 3 Solaflash 300 heads and tend to use them on min power so buying 600 heads was probably not that sensible.
Yesterday I painted (matt white) the inside of the standard reflector and it seems to have taken about one f stop off the EV so that was a worthwhile experiment. Will be doing the others soon!
