Nice detailed shot. There quite a bit of detail to look at. That's what panoramas are all about.

What were your settings? Were each frame set manually to the be the same aperture and shutter?

The only nitpick with this is..... the horizon is slanted right. Fixing that would make this great!

Nice pano but it could be even nicer on a sunny day, with more colors. The SF skyline is gorgeous.

Thanks all for you answer. I'm glad you like my pano . My settings were very simple. I fixed the aperture and let my camera choose the speed. I agree with us about the right side of the picture I will make it clean.

This. is. awesome!
Are you using a Pano Head? Or just a regular 'ol tripod?
You should do a night version too!

Anyways, very cool

Thanks. I'm glad you find it cool :o). I haven't used any pod to do this shot. I have taken some night panos, but from an other view point. I will publish it when I have built it together.

I don't say this to hurt your feelings, but this isn't very good from my perspective.

I think it would/could have been much stronger around dusk, with a little sky light, a little red sky, the lights going on....that kind of thing.

You could, IMHO, improve this greatly by clipping off both ends and changing the image processing to darken the shadow areas (particul;arly the highlight areas in the shadows) considerably. which would push the visual focus to downtown and make it more majestic. At the same time, I would take the sky down quite a bit--perhaps a stop.

And you might as well clean the horizon as well.....

Lovely pano, great vantage point, but I think you need to be more careful in getting your plane of movement flatter. The horizon/waterline is at an angle.
