Hahaha, you wouldn't wanna try that. It's dried squid, very spicy, and it smells
Maybe Wayne tried it when he was here last year, I should ask him
Edward,
Great shots with the ZA 135! LIke the "Canon girl" wearing the "daisy dukes" shorts!
No, I didn't get to try the dried squid. Only had 3 nights worth of dinners in Thailand which went too fast. I had more exotic food in Cambodia and Laos. Nothing beats the live frogs and live field mice/rats that they were selling at the local street market in Luang Prabang!
Thanks for starting this great thread and there are lots of great shots with these great ZA lenses. I will dig up some of my 135 shots and post them soon.
Nothing too special today - me hiding in the back yard (rather poorly) and having the wildlife staring at me the whole time Piss-poor lighting and overall crappy conditions - more of an exercise in processing than fine art.
A850 with 70-400G and heavy crops - I really need to get myself a crop cam
Very nice photographs everyone. I'm a Canon user, but I must say I would be very tempted with A850/900 and AF Zeiss glass if I was starting all over. I think the relationship between Sony and Zeiss was a smart decision and is probably driving some photographers toward Sony. It's sort of similar to Olympus and Zuiko, but Olympus doesn't have FF unlike Sony. Again very nice indeed.
Well, with all the plastic bags full of a mixture of human excrements and fish sauce flying around, I would rather keep my Zeiss lenses in a safe place
Well, maybe not, I will try to test my PJ skills if actions comes close.
Thanks for sharing these Edward.
The news here as not mentioned anything about all this.
I have to go to Yahoo's asia news to find anything on this and they have not been providing any pictures. A picture of all the gallons of blood thrown on the PM's house must have been quite a picture opportunity as well as the peak crowd when assembled on Sunday.
Last one with Leitax converted Zeiss 60/2.8 1:1 MP, mixed lighting:
