This one gets about two baths a year, and when I saw the theme this week, I figured it was about that time. Hope you like it. Good luck to all the entries this week, and thanks for looking.
Cute :-) NIce capture! Was thinking along the same lines with my cat, but 1) She hates baths, 2) She hates having photos taken of her, so the chance of both happening and getting a decent shot is pretty slim!
Love the expression too- have seen that plenty of times!

Kurt... Great idea and interesting catch lights. Hmmm.... I have had my Calico for over 10 years and never gave her a bath
Thanks John. She's a clean freak, she will actually come over and pester us to clean the junk out of her eyes.
I agree, the appearance of the catch lights is odd, I think mostly caused by how spherical cats' eyes are. I almost cut back on their appearance in post, but decided to leave it as is. The smaller one is from a catch card, while the upper one is the bounce angled off the ceiling. (definately could have been softer).

Thanks Andy. This one really doesn't mind getting a bath, the male however has been known to cause extensive bodily harm to both himself and me, during attempts to get him wet. I appreciate the comments.
When I seen the theme, I almost had enough guts to give my cats a bath. Almost. Bravo, and a good job both technically and at capturing the theme; this truly says "wet".

She has that "I'm going to get you for that!!!" look on her face!! Great shot!
She was a little aggravated in the begining, thinking silly human... WHAT are you doing to me?? After many shots however, she was actually quite content with all of the attention.
