I use the C/Y to EOS adapter from rainbowimaging on ebay for my contax glass on my 5DII and have no issues with mirror clearance or infinity focus. $24 and it has AF confirmation.
Because of the f3.4 and zoom - I'd recommend a focus confirmation chip - it's kind of a dark lens especially if you're using a recommended focusing screen. I would recommend the Optix V-5+ chip - I'm using 4 of them - best chip I've used in years.
mMontag:Thanks! Agreed with the EG-S screen, it's quite dark! Looks like a nice adapter that will work. The only issue is that it ships from outside the US.
