Z, the Likes are turned off. I was giving them out like rose petals and gave some to Ronny too coz he always tries so hard. I went back as far as your pic on pg1032....

You can still give out likes, but the aggregate no longer shows.
Z's pic on pg1034 is at least as smashing as his pic on pg1032. (Or pg1033 and pg1031, respectively, for people looking at the browser address bar).
Testing the a7II this weekend. I need this camera for my manual focus lenses - my hit rate is off the charts with the kiddos. This camera is what the Nikon DF should have been - EVF with focus peeking and the ability to "zoom in" to nail and verify focus accuracy. Plus the IBIS is invaluable.
Sony a7II + Zeiss 25mm f/2 Distagon @ f/2
Sony a7II + Zeiss 100mm f/2 MP @ f/2, ISO 100, ***1/13s.***
100% crop - there's no way I could hand hold the DF and get hit this shot.
I have recently reacquainted myself with Zeiss glass. A few years ago when I shot Canon, I had 8 ZE lenses which I had loved, but later once I got the 5D Mark III, I thought I liked autofocus lenses more. Time would later tell that I was wrong, and after having tried most other systems, including digital medium format, I have finally gotten back to what feels best to me, but this time in Nikon mount (D810). So far, I only have the 25/2.8 Distagon that I had always wanted (I hated adapting lenses, and the 25/2.8 was only available in ZF), and the new 135/2 Apo Sonnar, which is the single most amazing lens I have ever come across. I owned the 100MP before, but wow... this is something else. The lack of CA & bokeh fringing is refreshing, and the image fidelity I have only ever seen in medium format before. I have some random snaps that I'd like to share, snaps that have had no doctoring to them, these are SOOC. The web sized jpeg's don't do these files any justice, but it's definitely better than not showing anything at all.

Zeiss 135/2 Apo Sonnar ZF.2 @ f/2
Zeiss 135/2 Apo Sonnar ZF.2 @ f/5.6
Zeiss 135/2 Apo Sonnar ZF.2 @ f/4 - This is an 100% crop !!
Zeiss 135/2 Apo Sonnar ZF.2 @ f/2 - The DK-17M magnifying eyepiece is a must have for us manual dudes.
