Ronny, where is 50 1.2 ais? I know this forum adore rokkor, but for rendering, nikkor is in its own, IMO. Just bought back after sell it mouths ago.

Nikon 50 f1.2 ai-s or 16mm f3.5 fisheye will be the next MF nikon that I buy
so I will get it later
There's outstanding work in this thread as always. People are quick to complement the Zeiss lenses, but truly this thread is an exhibition of photographer's ability.
I haven't posted here in quite a while, but wanted to share a waterfall from yesterday taken in northwestern Illinois with the 50 ZE Planar.
This one is part of a new project where I use water as a filter but is still street and candid and sooc and getting harder to evaluate the lens (grin). Has been a while I know, am almost exclusively film and darkroom now and don't scan. Am still writing my silly stories though (hello carsten).
