Some great pictures here over the last few pages as ever.... only to find time to pur more out.
Here's one HDR (3 exposures process from one shot, original below) from Scotland last month on the ZE 28/2
eardrumbuzz - Hmm, I like the original shot better. HDR version seems to have lost quite a bit of detail and seems to present a bit strange coloring/dis-coloring?

akul - thanks - I did push it hard and was surprised how much detail can be extracted from the single file. Your image reminds me to get back to NY...and B+H.. Another 28/2:
2 HDR pictures taken with ZF.2 15/2.8 (unfortunately I am still using an antique crop-camera, but a complete distortion free 22,5 mm sharp from corner to corner @2.8 is quite nice ) I hope to switch to a D800 in near future however.
For these HDRs I used Lightroom 4 with the following plugin:
It works flawless and the nice thing is that Photomatix is only used to merge the pictures into a 32-bit TIFF that can be processed by Lightroom in the normal way. The possibilities to enlighten dark areas without introducing any noise are fantastic in this workflow.
