Morten, which part of Norway are these from? I have seen these in south and mid Norway, and they were not this yellowish colored (they did actually look just the same as they do in Finland and Sweden, more pure green). Do they become more realistic colored if you use cooler WB and/or adjust green/magenta tint towards magenta?
Aaaargh, didn't have any photos ready, had to make one for this post. I have been shooting so much that I had to buy few more 32GB card since all old ones are full, I need summer trainee to load photos to computer and put to folders in Aperture...
"Last rays before the storm" - Carl Zeiss Planar T* 1,4/50 @ f/11, 1/100s, ISO 100 (larger):
[not good sample of NOT having too yellow greens, the green "long lake grass" (don't know english plant names...) is same colored as the one in front but it becomes yellowish on distance, don't know why]

Tooth's pic ...very powerful, it could be about three things, it could be about just being a silly child or it could be about girls (a boy didn't draw it), or it could be about the worst in people. Show the pic to your wife/partner ...she will tell you what its about.
My own theory is that a youngster misspelled the Norwegian word slutt (end). It fits nicely with the color and shape of the thing if you think English. So the worst in the photographer - definitely.

Samuli, this was just outside of Oslo. Please give it a go yourself, here's the file:
Morten, thanks for the original. I could not get it even as good as yours. I'll check it better on weekend, have to sleep now. Quite interesting that I could not get any useful output even subject and it's colors are very familiar to me - too many years with just 5DmkII files...

That is hilarious ...of course I couldn't have known that it could be a spelling error but knowing this makes it a genuine trophy but will always need an accompanying text. The picture is an illusion, its the prize of pictures that I hunt out. To find an illusion from something that is quite real. No photoshopping in terms of composites or cut & pastes are allowed and I'm not allowed to interfere with the scene or subject in any way because thats the premise of street. And you got one.
Ant, thank you and I am floored. I remember you and that 21mm portrait. It is still one of best street portrait I ever seen, it require both incredible skill and some luck I wish I have A shot like that.
Rodluvan, those P50 shot are crackers. If they are F2, you don't need MP50
Johnny, I like the mic shot very much.
Luka, beautiful scenes. wonderful PP, I know you didn't add vignette, but so far there is no lens profile for 35m 1.4 in PS and LR, so there will be vignette I guess. Though I almost always add vignette in PP. So it doesn't bother me.
LZ, nice composition and beautiful bokeh.
mortyb, those green are beautiful.
Samuli, Another ultra fidelity shot.
Oh, meant to say ..if anyone doesnt like the size I post at I can user a smaller size. They are sized for my website and some display larger than others. Just let me know.
Edit: ignore, am on a laptop and cannot see image size correctly
