Outstanding te4o! Keep them coming with the 35. I really like all of them but number 3 is my favorite. Thanks for posting these. T-58 hours until mine arrives.
alkanphel, these Botanic Gardens in Singapore are fantastic, aren't they. My 40D stopped working right in the Orchid garden - too humid or God knows... Great separation on Nr 2, my favourite

You won't regret it.... I'm actually selling my ZE100 MP 'cause I really could only afford either or. And as much as the 100MP is probably the sharpest Zeiss out there, I like the 1.4/35 that much better. And I'm barely qualified to even say such things. Look at Akul or Carstenw or Jim's ...just the names that come immediately to mind(leaving out lots of others, I apologize)......that can vouch for the 1.4/35. It is that good!!
I wish I could vouch for the 35/1.4, and I am sure if I had one I could, but I don't
te4o: Yup the Botanic Gardens are fantastic and I just keep going back every few weeks to shoot more macros. And it really is possible that your 40D succumbed to the humidity there! Btw really love that 2nd shot you took with the 100MP, very scenic!
joakim: Thanks! Love your abstract too, I think it might work as a b&w conversion as well.
Greggf: Nice captures with the 50P and 35! I quite like the images from the 35 more though.
te4o - some wonderful shots with 35 - this lens is high up on my list as my next purchase. I especially like the still life of the xylophone! Spaibochki, are you Russian?
alkanphel - great floral shots - so smooth and creamy.
Joakim - great textures on that wood bark.
ltruong8 - so lovely set! Love the strawberries! Made me long for fresh ones! And love the miniature of that lovely town! Great colors all around!
Greg - great images! I particularly like portraits and bench shots!
Donuss - lovely light in your images! Really moody!
Lieutenant - lovely still lives with excellent details!
Gary - nice portrait of cat!
jake - this lens is the best for this kind of shots!
Iceland during a quick weather demo, I witnessed multiple kinds of completely different weather scenarios in less than an hour. Even being an Icelander myself, these quick turnarounds never cease to amaze. I didn't have time to switch lenses, and having my favourite landscape focal length (35) mounted to the camera I found myself needing to make a quick panorama before the rainbows disappeared, because the rain clouds were passing through faster than you could run, giving you only a few seconds of rainbow each time. These are 3 vertical frames stitched together with the 35/2 ZE:
@ kiddik: WOW, stunning! I don't envy you living in Iceland but for photography this must be an amazing place! How did you PP the rainbow?
@ Martynas: thanks for your comments - and, err, no, I am not Russian, and not Australian, but I speak many languages (not Lithuanian alas) and Russian is one of them, and I don't work for any intelligence company . BTW your B/W in Yosemite is fantastic!
@Lieutenant : I like walnuts very much but these ones I'd hang on the wall!
Some Tasmanian rain [email protected]
Great shots te40! I love all your down under shots! The one one of your boy eating pasta is a classic! One I can relate to with my 4 1/2 yr old, too! Love the colors on the last shot above...
