Lovely expressions on your portraits, Martynas, lovely face too, full of sense and tranquility! Congratulations on both!
I did a similar shot to zhangyue's tree:
Blackwood canopy on Tasmania's Westcoast. I did not know that there are about 55 different types of rain forest canopies in Aus/Tas each comprising dozens of tree species capable of surviving the poor ancient soils only in a complex symbiotic structure with other species.
See, these blackwood giants don't touch each other even in the wind.
35/1.4 ZE @ f/8
The amazing sharpness of 35/1.4 at 8 gives all leaves in the crowns down to the edges of the frame. Not replicable here at that compression.

Grenache, I thought I saw you more often at the Leica R thread. Good to see you here, the first two of your set is lovely!
Thank you. Yes, I shoot a lot of close up work, and for that, my Leica 100 is almost glued to my hand. I have a couple Contax lenses and post on the CY thread some too, but the 35/1.4 is my first new version Zeiss. I lurk here plenty...it was cheaper to lurk...but less fun.
Love the first in your beach shots above. Angle and shadow are unreal.

Whoa, amazing photos just in a day. It is kind of like waking up in the morning and finding everything is covered with snow ! Also thank you for all who gave me kind words.

Bob - Love your color splah series.
frezeiss- Congrats on 21. #2 is amazing. It looks wider than 21!!
Greggf- Very nice BW of Bridal Veil Falls.
Rodluvan- I agree with you. The game fo me at the moment is how much can I push around to get the result without affecting the quality. Also, PS5 HDR is quite hard to get anything look decent, I stopped trying. Great street shots as always. #1, #2 stood out to me.
uscmatt99- Lovely shots with ZF25. #2, #3 are my favorites.
Martynas - Wonderful portraits ! As always, perfect execution. Is she the daughter of your photographer friend you shot them together last year ?
zhangyue - Love that up-tree shot.
Liquidpics - Nice symmetry.
Bob - The last set, the reflection of building on a building shot. It is growing on me very strong. Surreal shot. Love it.
te40 -Great set again. I did not see your shots as I was posting. I am digging the stone and moss shot.
Donat- Beautiful sun set ( rise ? ). Your shot brings tranquility. Very nice.
Ruben - So nice to see your work again. Very nice. What an interesting bridge. Very clever engineering. Bottom one must be a pedestrian bridge ? Love the color.
