Haven't been around as much as I'd like lately (crazy busy Fall sports season for me), but good to see the absolutely stunning images haven't stopped coming here. Kudos to all of you, including Hugo, Jim, Lars, and others!

random question... has anyone found a tripod collar that can be adapted to the 100/2 MP? Just thought one could come in handy when using it at MFD, especially with tubes. I haven't had any canon lenses with a collar in a while so I haven't been able to try.

I can't really see that you need one if using the lens with a normal camera and tripod. It's only 660 gr weight. I don't think you will find any Canon tripod collar that fit. And I don't understand how you can attach the tripod collar on a lens with this construction ? The 100 MP lens turns around when you use the focus ring!!
