Dave,
Your shots from Madeira are super. I really like your use of geometry. The VW Bug on the hill is quite playful as is the doorknob and bottles of Madeira.
Ulff,
Those first two images of the temple & garden are amazing.
Regarding the horses, I could touch the nose from my shooting position. I focused on the eye and let the rest fall off. The white mare was a good 5 meters from me & the tree was at least 30 meters for her. I am only guilty of pushing the dynamic range and using moderate noise reduction in post.
I agree - very nice. That said, I feel the ZE21 version has a more agreeable balance to me. I think the reflections in the water provide a critical balance to the image that is lacking in the panorama. Also the perspective from the wide angle has a greater feeling of depth without feeling compressed like in the panorama.
Dergiman - love that set. A very rich yet soft and somewhat dreamy feel. I have spent time on Wangerooge and was instantly reminded of it due to the very similar scenery.
A few from earlier this year in Geneva and along Lake Geneva:
Markus, great temple shots! I prefer the 21 shot myself, but the stitch is also very beautiful.
Great set, Philipp. I really like the look and feel of your whole set. It is a bit difficult to pick a favorite since they really work well as a set, but the minimalism of the second one really appeals.
Very nice shots, Ron, especially the staircase shot!
so many great pictures again!!
Bilbo, the old lady is my favorite (between many others )

Hi, "Hello from Vietnam!! This is my first image post on FM. Photos taken by borrowed nikon d50. I am sony user and am waiting for the leitax mount. Will convert it to sony adapter but I am still concern if it is worth converting to sony or move to nikon completely. Any idea all ?
