Steve: I never would have guessed that it was taken at Petit Jean! You see, I wander off into the Cedar Falls trail I've seen the car show signs outside, but I've never had the time to go check it out. Will probably try to do so this fall.
Tri Tran: those cherries do pop indeed. Nice!
alkanphel: Nice colors !
ccho: good shots. You seem to be standing in the right 1/3rd of the road and there seems to be traffic on both sides of the camera! Parked car/bike ?!
victor: magic hour power is my pick!
juan: nice!
PS: new 35 1.4 owners: congrats ! For my own financial good, I will ignore all of your shots from this lens for a while !

Gary, I belived it was San Miquel for you Isn't this one from Cambodia ?
Yes, San Mig is the beer here in the Philippines. You are also correct that Angkor Beer is from Cambodia. Can't say I have ever drank a Cambodian brew before so I thought it deserved a pic. Taken in Siem Reap..

Thanks abhijeeth, there's a small painted divider in the middle of where Broadway and 5th Avenue converge. It's slightly precarious since it's not brightly lit and some taxi drivers like to create lanes where they don't exist! Here's a quick reference of the spot I took a number of the photos from:

Lol, I checked it out. I believe you when you say precarious!
Jae: Did you also do some mini gymnastics of some kind on this road to get your shots?
Lars: congrats on 50MP !
Cyra: the 2nd shot is beautiful. The light falling on the valley to the left is especially nice!
I modified my post somewhat to make my intent slightly clearer!
Lars: I like the second one best. Nice light
ccho: cool shots!
Victor: Very nice light and color in that macro shot
Jim: Nice. I like minimalistic compositions.
Ajay: Looks like fun
Juan: Awesome shot
cyra: Very nice mountainscapes. I like the second one best.
alkanphel: Nice find.
^^ the above emoticon indicates my elation over the procurement of the 35 f2 for my Nikon. I'm grinning ear to ear right now. I hope to contribute to this thread in the near future.
