Denior, your #4 image captures a beautiful moment. It looks like it came of the pages of National Geographic.
The image below was made on my first outing with my ZE21 last July near the tiny village(almost non-existant) of Whiskey Gap in southern Alberta, Canada. it was cropped slightly to a 4x5 format.
denoir: The 18 & 100 shots are lovely, the rich sunset colors are deep.
akul: Love the feel of your city (NYC?) shots, can really feel the grittiness of the environment
otacon: Nice B&W shots, especially the last 2 ones.
otacon - I love the way how you used 35 renders wide open. Great capture of atmosphere
Collin - wonderful shot
benchase - congrats on your 21 distagon
alkanpehl - Thank you for your comment. Yes they are from NYC.
Great closups as always. Really pretty color. #1 is my favorite, but #2 really stands out.
Some more grit n dirt from NYC. I have been obsessed with looking through layer(s), some of these represent such obsession.
otacon: Superb tones!
Thanks Akul Love your #1 & #2!

Philber - When it comes to the tonality of darker area of stone, Full sensor 5DII to me shows off the warmth and subtlety very nicely. Something I am struggling with NEX.
Akul
Akul, I don't seem to have this problem. If anything, I can "push" in post my NEX pictures more than my 5DII as far as recovering dark zones. My guess is that there is a diference in PP between both systems. I shoot both cameras in RAW, process the Canon in DPP and the Sony in Lightroom. So that requires differences. But I'd be glad to try to help if you wish
akul: Love your shots, especially the last 2. The cubical skeleton playground is just so bewitching.
RubenFreitas: The waterfall photo is really sharp!
Malkovic: The sky in that railway shot is just magical
Luka: wonderful light in your shots and the last one is my fav with direst sun and long shadows.
Philber: following your story with great interest. And loving your architecture shots no matter what you shoot them with
Akul: great series of street shots. Love how you pick your subjects. My absolute fav is the fence shot in second set! (can't explain why - I just enjoy looking at it..)
Otacon: nice work with 35mm - i like colors in the first and overall mood of it. And last B&W shot is wonderful too (not that others are not good)..
Collin: makes me long for spring...too cold lately here in Colorado
benchase: congrats on 21mm - is amazing lens and no doubt my fav too.
alkanphel: I enjoy your macros - very clean and crisp and well composed.
Ruben: first shot is magnificent!
Malkovic: that first shot is fantastic. What a mood!
Beud: nice! Good eye...
Uzay: I always love dark mood shots like this...well composed
a friend asked me if i could be a ninja and snap pics of him proposing to his gf at the beach park (i know them both, in fact the girl is my cubemate/friend/coworker lol). so i was behind a big palm tree and thankfully she didnt see me ... both shots taken with 100/2MP ZE
