...did you read them ...upset because their respective country charged them VAT, because it was slow in post, asked one customer for ID because they suspected he was not the actual owner of a CC, another upset because the item was faulty and it had to be returned to be tested ...another because his 5D was out of stock ...you didn't read them did you? They are very well known here and even sponsor a number of Photo Forums.
