Great shots again this page. Martynas, your shots to ME demonstrate fully an honest 3D feeling, which I agree is the most overused term ever - particularly with Zeiss glass references. However, your shots... they got it!!

In my opinion, you lose much more definition shooting wide open than crankin' ISO at these levels. ISO 800 is "nothing" compared to the optical aberrations at f/2 with the Makro-Planar.
Makten, I think, there is probably a big difference between D700 and 5DII. At ISO 800 you loose a lot of dynamic range with the 5DII. But nevertheless I partly agree with your advice. Luka could have used ISO200 (oder 400, where DR is slightly reduced) combined with slightly higher aperture-values. Even the great 100 MP has a better performance at f/4.0 compared to f/2.0.
Really nice shots Martin! Really love your style of shots
Great shots Luka, simple but excellent.
Nice shots Jph
Joakim, really nice shots!
Todd, nice shot!
Martynas, beautiful series of shots! My favourite is the last one
dj dunzie, love the macro shot!
Mortyb - nice light! Luka - Philber have a competition now! Philber - I see you never give up! Great shots! Todd - captivating eye contact! A great portrait!
And here is some fun..multitasking..and few additional hands wouldn't hurt!
Mortyb - very nice forest shot. Like the light
Denoir - Beautiful sculpture shots. Very different from Philber's. Sculpture a la denoir. #3 is my favorite
Philber - Always, your sculpture and architecture shots are very elegant. I like the #3 most, with subtle rendition of marble
Makten - Abstraction master you are! Love the glue on stone surface ( I assume that is what it is )
Todd- Beautiful portrait. Great color with background, hair and her eyes. ZF100 I assume ?
Diploneis - That is so bizarre and funny. Great choice on different 'tasks' !
I am a bit slow processing this week. Just one from yesterday morning.
Ha, the expression on that German Shepard is priceless!
Thanks for the comments, folks. Akul, sweet light on those boats! Yes, my portrait was with the 100, I should have said. It's the only Zeiss lens I have.
