Here is my first pix post in FM.
The image somehow looks washed out as jpeg on monitor vs jpeg on PS.
If someone could give me an advice how to transfer same color from adobe rgb to web rgb, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!!

Convert the profile to sRGB in Photoshop for before saving it as a jpeg and it will look fine. Some browsers will already show it correctly.
Great comparison shots Luka I forgot about those, between the 100MP and 100L. Just shows how good the 100MP is in comparison to the well respected 100L macro.
Diploneis, love those shots!
Sangdabom73, love the art form of your macro shot.

Thanks very much for your various helpful comments re 50 1.4, focussing, etc. I'll consider my options and see how I get on.

this forum is getting hotter and hotter each day with many new skilled people( Viscab is a 17 ts e killer) and what about the shots... simply stunning.
Congrats to Philber and his wonderful use of the ze 21 and 28
please keep on with this dream gentlemen!
One question: are the carl zeiss sony zooms( 16-35, 24-70, 16-80) as impressive as the ze zf zm prime ones? I haven't seen any stunning-zeiss rendered image of these lenses.
Do you know any site or link to some interesting images?
Thanks in advance
Sorry for the off topic but is there any loss in zeiss microcontrast and rendering when you upload images into flickr? Is this forum better in this regard? The zeiss images i have found in flickr do not have the pop i see here.
Thank you
I'm afraid there's no special PP there. The first image was entirely without color correction, the second and third were white balance adjusted. I reduced the saturation of blue hues on the third image. The intensity of the colors is mostly related to contrast which in turn is mostly dependent on the light you shoot your scene in. The second shot was a night time exposure resulting in slightly surreal colors when white balanced. Also, I should add, you should view this in firefox or safari to get the correct colors. Internet Explorer and Chrome mess up the colors, often oversaturating them as they do not support color management.
