hmm zeiss + AF certainly has me interested, mainly the 24-85N. anyone uses this lens for weddings/events/portraits? i mainly shoot primes but decided to pick up 24-70L recently for one body to shoot weddings/events stuff. anyone gave up their 24-70L for this lens? certainly losing f2.8 is a con but i would typically have a fast prime on the 2nd body.
Hey Guys - great shots - really likin' that "N" 50.
CVickery - the 50 didn't have any problem resolving that detail - even at 1600 - what is that thing? Looks like an Alter Monument - must have taken a few generations to complete.
Andi - Robin at the waterspout - fabulous capture - motion and emotion - a heart melting pet portrait.
Paul - the landscapes are great - interesting scene - the child and the intense stare of the primate is a standout. The dissipation of the reflection really sets up that shot.
My N 85 was just converted by Conurus and is on the way to me.
Can't wait to shoot with it. It will complete my Zeiss portrait lens trifecta of
Contax N 50, 85 and ZA 135 1.8! Thank you Conurus!!!
