Ok, I wasn't going to post this but sometimes you have to jump in the deep end of the pool.
I look at the stuff that some of you guys and girls post and it's just amazing! Sam, Ed, Tony and Jeremy etc. are just off the chain!
A very good friend decided to have a very modest wedding. I’m talking not even a sit down diner afterwards. We spoke about it and I told her that we could make this special if she want to. So she decided to get a dress ($99.00) and some fancy make up (a friend paid for it as a gift) and I agreed to take the pics (also as a gift). We did some makeshift formals in my home studio because it was just too cold outside.
Wow! These are really good... your exposures, composition, colours... everything is bang on. I love the in-studio formals... the black plexi was a nice touch.
Good work considering the modest venue. Agree with Aron re: too many in the collages, but that's a presentation issue. Let each image stand on their own, I say.
really great job, in my opinion your photos stand up well in comparison on this forum. your a good photographer and a great friend, in the grand scheme of things thats great. love the last one, great simple use of space
