I see that the "yellowflower" was no history at all/no posts here on FM.
No chance of me selling, but i'm just concerned about others.
I tried to search for posters' name and came up COMPLETLY empty.

I don't see the need for a black-list. This person is obviously interested in buying a 1D Mk.II & has possibly just discovered FM (& may not understand the norms here). A buyer with no history is potentially risky regardless of locale - though obviously everyone here had to have a first purchase at some point. Why not just send them a note explaining that you're not interested & that establishing some history is probably a prerequisite for big $ purchases & international shipping?
