Ok, so I downloaded the free 30 day trial of PS CS4. Haven't purchased it yet and so I removed it from my computer. Now when I open an image from CS3 Bridge, it opens in Mozilla instead of Photoshop CS3.
You know, when all else fails, read the instructions. I found it. It's under preferences, File Type Associations. Not sure why it would have changed, but it's fixed now.
