I am doing a pretty cool gig right now and have been using the 35mm on the D3 *a Lot*, man i used to like it on the crop cameras but stopped using it for some reason when i got the D3. Big mistake , man it is a great lens and i am glad i am using it again now that i got it out of the bag lately .
I love your first image and man look how great the D100 stuff still looks , I will Always have a tender spot for that camera

Hey man, I'm over in Early County tonight and tomorrow.
I really like the 35, it's a sweet lens. The D100 stuff does look good don't it
Wow, that is a fantastic shot. Love the detail. This image is a great example of the capabilities of the D2x. I knew I kept mine when I bought the D3 for a reason.

I went by and looked at the 'site' today. I was amazed that it was right in town and not out in the country. You didn't have much to work with regarding location I'd love to see the project when you've finished. The locals I talked to were quite abuzz about it.

Jack,
the people were So amazing there and so helpful. The Funny Girl Restaurant has excellent food so much better than most any place i have been as far as a local outfit in a small town. Actually the site was not too bad it had great early morning light and mainly i worked close with wide lenses , the trouble was the side of a building that was incident and would give trouble. All the video was 1080 60p and was shot by a Real big hitter from NYC who incidentally had the lead piece on 60minutes this past sunday. I am still pinching myself about the gig
