Can anyone who has direct experience with this box tell me:
Are you able to swivel the speedlights (specifically, can you swivel the coldshoe mount) on the bracket? I want to make sure I will be able to turn the speedlight body to face me and have the actual light and box face the subject, no matter what... so that I have line of sight when shooting outdoors with the box.
Also; Does the tilthead adapter enable you to tilt the box in both directions, up and down. I'm sure it does but I just want to make sure!
the coldshoe slides back and forth, and is rotatable. I replaced it out with the flashzebra 0138 deluxe canon hotshoe - to miniphone adapter. (trashing my 580ex II sync port)
works perfect.
I had the prev gen of the lastolite which didnt have a swivel tilthead. Mounting it on an umbrella bracket will let you tilt back and forth.
