Does anyone know if the Radio Popper JrX works with the old SB 28? Thanks

I shoot with RP JrX Studio receivers and an SB-28 on a regular basis. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Here's a link to my buddy's blog where he shows you how to craft a hotshoe and/or 3-pin plug so that you can take advantage of the JrX transmitter's adjustment capabilities and control the flash output directly from your camera.

In that article you'll also find a link to a thread on strobist.com that covers the same subject in even more detail.

Thanks for the information. The price seems reasonable on the units and I need that capability. The advice and direction on these forums are what keeps me coming back.

I use the JrX studios w/ my SB28s as well and they work well. The knobs have less sensitivity w/ only the DIY rpcable, so a DIY rpcube is better...
