This week the topic over at the Weekly Assignment is "Colorful" which I thought would lend itself well to a flower still life in the style of a old Dutch painting. Here is that shot in B & W. Who knows? If I ever get my Coffee Table book printed, maybe this would make a good cover. I hope you like it.

It goes without saying that I love it. I'm a broken record by now.
I do have something to add this time, however! In the color shot, I don't mind the line in the table on the left. It doesn't work for me in the b/w shot though, as it's too difficult (or not as easy) to tell that there's a separate piece.
Sorry! After all these shots, I just had to find a nit! And I'm probably in the minority on that anyway!
