Like the saying goes, time does fly when you are havin fun
Doesn't seem like it was 14 months ago I joined this great forum and it's been a fantastic ride so far I've learned a great deal since joinin up here from some of the finest bird photographers shootin on the terra today. I've also had the pleasure to meet and make new friends and had some nonstop fun in the field. I hope in the coming year to meet many more of you and experience the joy of what we love to do.
To mark this milestone I wanted to put up a few from the past year and they are some of my favorite images since joining FM. Some I'm sure many of you have seen and maybe some you have not. Here's to you my friends and I thank you sincerely for the wonderful support and encouragement since I've been here
I agree with you this is a wonderful place and you have described it and the people wonderfully. We go back a long than both our short times on this forum and it has been a pleasure sharing with you. It is very kind of you to acknowledge this delightful place full of talented and kind people.
Tom, these are all Stupendous. I refuse to pick a favorite, they all are special.
Thanks for sharing, for teaching and for adding humor to this site.

Tom, it has been such a pleasure to have you on the forum. I do indeed remember your first post, I was blown away. Here is a local guy who's first post was over the top. I just had to make your acquaintance. We met, hit the water in the yak and had a fantastic time. I knew that was just the beginning of great times and experiences. It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to shoot with you. Each time we go out we push each other and we have both gotten better and have had some incredible times doing it.
I recognize some of these shots from previous posts, I recognize some as shots you made while I was there. This is a tremendous set, a treat for the eyes, a fitting tribute to your 5K! That said, these amazing shots don't even come close to matching the experiences we have had my brother. My hat is off to you SIR, thanks for good times, the push and the friendship. From the bottom of my heart, here is to the single malt I just poured in honor of you.

Everyone of these images is over the top-- indeed a tribute to the fine photographer you are. I recognize almost evryone.
