I'm curious to hear from anyone with experience with the BRI Tuscany or Mosaic books. Please feel free to answer here or PM... I love their press books and I'm thinking of substituting the book I currently use for these.
I love their press books too, but I would definitely never order the Flush Mounts. Of the last 6 press books I've ordered, 4 have had problems and needed to be reordered. Of those 4, 2 of the re-orders were screwed up and needed to be re-re-ordered.
I love the press book product and since they let me keep the mess-ups, I have continued to use them. But with that QC I would never use them for Flush Mounts.
on the subject of zook... i think they are local somewhat here as I keep seeing job openings here for more sales people... sounds like they are trying to hire for the WRONG positions.... need more in production or QC!

The only delivery problem I read about was directly from Zook when they offered a free sample Aug - Sep. They said in their email that their usual time was pushed back a few extra weeks due to demand. That's reasonable. Who wouldn't have problems with a flood of free orders to fulfill.
