I just received email from a potential client asking me how much do I charge to use merchandise photos for their website and also catalogue.
Him and his friends are planning to expand their online store for t-shirts and just recently open a fashion brand name.
Eventually, on-location modelling would be done in the near future.
I have no idea how much do I charge them, I'm a portrait and wedding photographer but I would like to try this area.
If anyone in this forum has some experience, I would like to hear from you specifically on charging them.

Some of the production-line product photography studios have their rates on their web sites, you could use them as a guide but you probably will kick yourself later when it ends up taking a lot more time that you expect. Maybe double their prices and you'll be okay.
