I ran this file through the Topaz Adjust plugin using the "Vibrancy" option.

Tech specs: Canon 40D (F13, 1/250, ISO 100) + a Canon MPE-65mm macro lens (@3x) + a diffused MT-24EX.

I like it. It's starting to look like an illustration rather than a photo. You've gone just far enough. I find the controls for Topaz to be a little touchy and the viewer inaccurate and end up using the fade option or reduce opacity on layers in PS. I've used it on insects a few times.

I downloaded Topaz Detail and I'm playing with the plugin now -pretty cool. No time to post a sample, but I'll upload one later.
